This month we got sick and were pretty useless for a whole week, but still were able to make some language progress.
They say that for every level you advance (out of 5 levels) it takes 2x as long as the level before it, so while we are learning more and able to communicate better than ever, it feels as if getting to that next level is taking forever. This month marks 11 months of language study.
This summer is shaping up to be a busy time of visitors. We are starting with my mom as our first visitor. This will be her first time to come visit us, so we will be glad to see her. Then I am trying to get a friend to come over in May as a kind of consultant to help me scope out and think through different areas of the city as we plan for the first church.
Then we will have a group coming in June from Berean Baptist to help get out some tracts and information in some of these areas. Then the next week we have a guy from our home church coming to visit for a week.
We are excited about each of these visitors and would ask that you would pray for the visitors and the work that we will be doing.

The OG teen and college camp is coming up the first week of June and I would encourage you to be there. I don’t know of any other place like it to be exposed and educated about missions in an intense week while having such a good time. Learn more at visionmissions.com
